This kadai comes with 5plates in it – 2 idli plates, 2steamer plate and 1dhokla plate. As one idli plate can make 5idlis at a time, one can make 10idlis at a time or can make 5idlis and steam vegetables at same time. In simple language you can mix 2plates of your choice and can make 2dish at a time.
