Maxfresh Dhamaka multi kadai can be used as kadai as well as can be used to cook different types of items. This kadai comes with 4plates in it – 2idli plates, 1steamer plate and 1dhokla plate. As one idli plate can make 7idlis at a time, one can make 14idlis at a time or can make 7idlis and steam vegetables at same time.
In simple language one can mix 2plates of his choice and can make 2dish at a time. Maxfresh Dhamaka multi kadai can be used to make many items namely idlis, momos, khaman, dhokla, steam vegetables, modaks and use as kadai also. Flat bottom of kadai helps to work on induction as well.
